You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Founders are solely responsible for the accuracy of their project data, updates, and representations. Supporters are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any project.

In no event shall Orbits, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, or any unauthorized access to our secure servers.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
