What happens right after I pay?
You set a password and paste your website. Orbits learns who your product is for and starts finding people asking for it the same day. No social accounts to connect first.
I paid but can't log in. What do I do?
Use "Forgot password?" on the login page with the email you paid with. You’ll get a link to set your password and go straight to your account. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll sort it out the same day.
What does "launch price, locked in" mean?
Prices will go up after launch. If you subscribe now, you keep the price you signed up at for as long as your subscription stays active, including when you renew. If you cancel and come back later, you subscribe at the price at that time.
What are credits?
Credits pay for the AI work: searching for leads, judging which ones are real buyers and drafting your answers. They reset every billing cycle. If you run out early, upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing page whenever you want. No contract. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
You can request a full refund within 48 hours of a purchase or renewal. Outside that window, refunds are generally only issued for a verified technical failure. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every plan is free for 7 days on monthly billing. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Or paste your site into the free tool to see real leads with no signup.
